I bought some new cutesy Tank Top type shirts yesteday. Since it's not quite summer yet, I thought I might try to knit a shrug to go over them. Here are my two choices:

I like the Anthropologie one, simply because it's a knock-off, and it has a cute button. I like the other one because it is short-sleeved and I like the knit on the trim. Plus, it seems fairly easy compared to the Anthropologie knock-off..

Any Suggestions??

Girls Purple Poncho

This is a Purple Girls Poncho I made. James is about 14 months here. He's an average+ size baby, so the poncho really would fit a girl between 2-6 years, depending on their size I bet. Ponchos are pretty giving when it comes to their wearer's size.

The Poncho has a darker purple mini-pom-pom outline. The neck has a triangular cuff that was folded down and "sewn" with the pom-pom yarn. The yarn itself is a chenile-like yarn. Very soft and cuddly. Think fuzzy bunny fur.
